• Draws up exhaustive processing flow chart according to clients’ order, and strictly carries out the production process according to API standard and other technical requirement.
• Rigorous test process before and after each pivotal production step, such as preparing raw materials, heat-treatment, machining, before shipment etc. Supply full and clear test reports for clients’ information, including mechanical property list, chemical composition list & heat-treatment analysis.
